The name said it all . Mega Long , located just 10 km from Kota Kinabalu town , in the heart of Pekan Donggongon . Expect to see quite long building when you get there, alright? Standing 380 m long and opposite the Donggongon Library , and a temple . I got several pictures of the big male and female lion statue in the gateway of the temple .
Honestly, not much that we could talked about this location because we only went there for several trips only. But I will try to elaborate of things that made this place is quite special . Add up to the size of the mall , it offered 100 shops only , car park ares provided and got 3 levels - plus ground floor .
Firstly, I would like to point out how long is this mall. Take a look in photos that I've taken :

If you are food junkie, food outlets very much available here , both popular restaurant like Pizza Hut or small tenants such as Mary Brown . Small , cute donuts also available here , estimated RM3.50 per box . Love ice cream? Swirling Ice Cream just for RM1 , while other local outlets that served nasi or rice , mee , both wet and fried can be seen here as well .
Yes, about the price . I should say , low cost budget needed because in here , it's quite cheap. Clothing and electronics are two main type of shops that looked like competing in a race for profit. Cloth like undergarments , jeans , shirt for both male and female is mostly around 10-20% lower price than ones in 1Borneo while for electronics like phones, tablets and CD's , this place is well know for the 'generosity' , good quality and good price too ! Psst, cheapest tablets from this place so far is only RM299 .
Littlest we know, mall seldom have this kind of business around . Intended to non allergic persons , hamsters were sold here as well, relatively RM5 -RM10 . No worries about the equipment, all come with full package .
Then what about a furniture shop ? That's awkward . Most of malls in Kota Kinabalu rarely had this kind of business shop , and here they are . One and only , I guess .
Hey, don't forget about the entertainment aspect - crucial for me to be there ! 4th places in Kota Kinabalu that provided a heaven for movie-goers . Roughly RM7 for each tickets , located in 5th floor .3D Hall ? Ready to roll ! 4 screens and could fit up to 400 people .
You may not see much crowd here at least weekdays, but watch out for weekends - large number of crowds in and out from the mall areas.
My Personal Rate: 3/5 stars .
That's for today's review on the longest shopping mall . Check out for last Tuesday Travel reviews and make sure to follow me on Twitter , add me to your circles or just subscribe me through email !
